PURPOSE: Access a Server/Application using a Remote Desktop Connection with new/different User Name and Password
AUDIENCE: All iVisions connecting via "Infinite Visions Accounting"; Anyone accessing a server via Remote Desktop
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Double click on the RDP icon on your Desktop for specific applications (ex. Infinite Visions Accounting) on the Desktop or if accessing a Server open the Remote Desktop Connection app from the Windows Search
- If a Remote App pop-up screen comes up, select "Connect"
- On the Windows Security screen, select "More Choices"
- Select "Use a different account"
- Type in your desired User Name and Password
- Select "Ok" to access the Server/Application
