Setup "Line Appearance" on Microsoft Teams.

Problem

The user wants to be able to receive phone calls from another employee; supervisor. 

Environment

Both employees are on Microsoft Teams as a phone system.  

User A -  Employee that wants to receive the calls

User B - Is the Employee that needs their phone to ring to another employee 

Resolution

User B

1. Open Microsoft Teams
2. Click on the picture at the top right
3. Click Settings
4. Go to Calls
5. Change "Also Ring" from No one else to "New Number or Contact" Type User A's name under "Add Number or Contact"
   1. If you want more than one person, then select "Call Group"  It will bring up another window.  You can type more than a person. 
   2. Click Save
6. Close Window

If you want to change the ring tone for a call for User B on your phone.

1. On your Yealike phone 
2. Click your picture
3. settings
4. Calling
5. Forwarded class,  change to the ring tone of your choice
