iVisions - Tyler Content Manager: How to Clear Cache from Browser

PURPOSE: Occasionally, Tyler Content Manager(TCM) within iVisions (School ERP) has issues where documents will not load, load incorrectly, etc. This solution will typically help the end user clear out any outstanding cached data and allow for the documents to load correctly and is a good starting point to resolving issues in TCM.

AUDIENCE: All iVision (School ERP) users who import/add/look at documents within Tyler Content Manager.

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. After opening the Tyler Content Manager window from iVisions (School ERP)
    Pop-up Window after opening a document in iVisions (School ERP)
     
  2. Click anywhere within the window
    Click within header area or anywhere within the screen
     
  3. On your keyboard press CTRL+Shift+Delete at the same time

    Clear Browsing Data in New Edge Web Browser
    **You must change your "Time Range" to ALL Time for this to work correctly, no matter the browser
  4. Verify you have selected a Time Range of "All Time"
  5. Select "Clear Data"
  6. Close out of Tyler Content Manager window
  7. Open the Tyler Content Manager window again for your selected document from iVisions (School ERP)
