PURPOSE: The iVisions Employee Access Portal is a web-based application integrated with the Infinite Visions financial & personnel information system. By logging in to the Portal ALL employees (full-time and part-time) can review and modify critical data as it relates to their employment at Tulsa Tech (ex. access pay stubs, update tax forms, update direct deposit info & more).
AUDIENCE: All Tulsa Tech Employees (full-time and part-time)
OTHER SYSTEMS IMPACTED: Data changes in iVisions Employee Access flow to iVisions, AD, Colleague, and TeamDynamix
INSTRUCTIONS:
To register for the iVisions Employee Self-Service Portal, follow the instructions listed below:
- Click
on the Hub homepage
- Enter your Tulsa Tech email address, click next
- Select Yes to Stay signed in
- At the Welcome Screen, enter the following information to link your Employee Access account with your HR record:
- Tulsa Tech email address
- Last four digits of SSN
- Your Birth date
- Your home zip code
- Click Submit
