Purpose
Submit a comment on a proposal.
Audience
Service departments are able to weigh in on a proposal by submitting comments pertaining to additions and/or changes for programs or courses. User are encouraged to submit comments within 3 days. Examples of a service department are Admissions, Financial Aid, Information Technology, Finance Office, Facilities, Information Technology, etc.
Instructions
If you have a proposal listed in the Vote Required section on the proposals dashboard, review the proposal then submit a comment. To do so, click on the proposal and you will be taken to a dashboard where you can view the proposal.
To review the changes you are commenting on, click on the “Changes” tab.
Note: Once a proposal is approved, the proposal change log will not display changes, as the course object or program object has been approved and the changes have been reflected.
Submitting and/or Entering a Comment
Comments are entered in the Decision tab of the Proposal Toolbox (right side).
