How to Sign into Adobe Acrobat

Signing In to Adobe Acrobat 

Step 1: Locate the Adobe Acrobat icon 

Find the Adobe Acrobat icon on your desktop, double click to open it.

 Step 2: Signing in to Adobe Acrobat 

All full-time employees have an Adobe Acrobat license tied to their school email address, but we do need to sign-in. If Adobe Acrobat opens and does not prompt you to sign in, you might already be authenticated.   If it opens a window like the one below, you will need to sign in with your school email to authenticate. Click continue.

Step 4: Authenticate using Rapid Identity 

A red Rapid Identity window will pop up, you can sign in here with your username or email address and your password.

Step 5: Duo two factor authentication

Step 6: Complete Sign-in  
On the first pop up you will want to choose Continue when asked if you trust tulsatech.edu.  
On the second one, your choice may vary based on your circumstances.

Step 7: Confirm you are signed in  

To confirm that you are signed in you can choose the menu from the top left corner of the home screen, then choose ‘Help’   
If you are signed in to Adobe Acrobat you will see ‘Sign Out (your.email@tulsatech.edu) clicking this will sign you out.
