How to request a Sponsored Account (Vendor, Contractor, etc)

  1. Login to https://login.tulsatech.edu.  

 

  1. Click on "Dashboard" at the top and from the drop down menu select "Requests".

  1. On the left under "Entitlements" select "Catalog".

  1. Select "Request Sponsored Account" and click the "Request" button on the right. This will bring up a window where you can enter the account details like Name, Expiration Date, Personal Email Address, etc. Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk and any additional fields you feel are necessary. Once all required fields are completed the "Request" button at the bottom of the window will be available to click.

  1. This will send a request to IT for a sponsored account. We will review the information entered and if everything looks good we will approve, and a sponsored account will be created in Rapid Identity. Information will be emailed to both the sponsored account's personal email and the sponsor's Tulsa Tech email address. 
     

 

  1. Once the user claims their account in Rapid Identity, the user account will then be provisioned in our downstream systems like Active Directory, O365, and Google. At this point any additional access can be granted like additional software, email groups, etc.
