Service Information

Blackboard is a widely used educational technology platform designed to facilitate online and blended learning environments. It provides a suite of tools and features that support both teaching and learning processes in schools, colleges, and universities. Blackboard is designed to enhance the educational experience by providing a flexible and integrated platform for teaching, learning, and administrative management.

Submit Form (Request Service)

Submit the Request Service form to inquire about Blackboard features and functionality or to report an issue you are experiencing. If you are reporting an issue, please include screen shots as they will assist us in troubleshooting the issue.

Common Service Requests and Issues Reported:

  • Access and Logging-In Issues
  • Missing Students from Class – there’s a different form to submit for this!
  • Add Instructors
  • Administrative Lock/Unlock of Grades
  • Product or Feature Functionality Issues

Ticket Process

Once the Request Service form has been submitted, a ticket will be created and assigned to ITS. A team member will take responsibility for the ticket and review the request. They will update the ticket and notify the requestor of any questions and/or resolutions.
