Enrole Account

Supervisors

An Enrole Account provisioning request should be submitted by the employee’s supervisor when a new employee is on-boarded or an existing employee’s role and/or responsibilities change. Supervisors should submit a generic ticket request when an employee is no longer with the organization and access to Enrole needs to be removed.

Instructors

An Instructor’s access to Enrole is granted by an Adult Career Development (ACD) or Business Industries Services (BIS) representative. Please contact your respective department to request access as they setup the Web Access credentials to Enrole’s Instructor Portal.

Submit Form (Request Service)

All fields are required to submit the form.

  • Name of Employee
    • Enter employee’s name to be granted access.
  • Name of Direct Supervisor
    • Enter supervisor’s name submitting access request.
  • Is this user replacing an existing user?
    • Enter employee’s name the employee mentioned above is replacing.
  • The person needs access to:
    • Enrole Sales Desk (TEST and PROD)
      • Place orders and take payments for student registrations.
      • Courses and Sessions are created and scheduled here.
      • Companies, Expenses, and Invoices are managed here.
    • Enrole Reporting (bank deposits)
      • Run bank deposit, financial, and other various reports.
    • Colleague Reporting (class paperwork)
      • Run class paperwork, state, discrepancy, and other various reports.
    • Instructor Portal (Attendance and Grades)
      • Instructors can enter attendance and grades, plus view rosters.
    • Client Portal (Client Access to Employee Orders)
      • Clients can manager their employee’s and the sessions they attend.

Ticket Process

Once the Enrole Account request has been submitted, ITS will grant access to test and reporting first. The employee and supervisors will receive notification from the ticket indicating the supervisor or department representative can now provide training for the employee. Once training has been completed, please respond to the ticket notification stating the employee has completed training and you are ready for their production access to be granted. ITS will then complete the Enrole Account request, notify the employee and supervisors, and update the request to “Resolved”.
