PURPOSE: An instructor for Adult Career Development (ACD) or Business and Industry Services (BIS) has forgot their password to log in to the Enrole - Instructor Portal.

INSTRUCTIONS:
IF THE INSTRUCTOR REMEMBERS THEIR USER NAME, JUST NOT THE PASSWORD:
If an instructor cannot remember his/her password to the Instructor Portal, here are the steps they can follow to reset it:
- Pull up the Instructor Portal
- On the log in page, click "Forgot your password?"
- Enter user name
- Click submit
- Enter answer to security question
- Click submit
- An email will be sent with a reset code
- Once email is received, go back to the Instructor Portal
- Enter that reset code and a new password
- Click submit
In the situation that the Instructor cannot remember his/her user name, then you can check within Enrole and reset it if need be. See directions below.
IF THE INSTRUCTOR CANNOT REMEMBER THEIR USER NAME OR PASSWORD:
In order for your instructors to be able to sign into the Instructor Portal, you will need to set up their web access within Enrole.
- Click on the Events tab at the top of the Enrole screen
- Click Instructors
- Search for instructor by first and or last name
- Click into their record
- Click Web Access from the left menu
- Enter a Username: everything before the @ symbol in your Tulsa Tech email address
- Enter a Password: upper case first initial, lower case last initial, !, student ID Number
(For Example: Eugene Garrison might be: Eg!0117061)
If you have a hyphenated last name, the password will use the very first character of your last name.
- Do not fill in the security question & answer; tell the instructor they will need to complete this set up once they have logged in successfully.
- Click save
- Then you can provide that information as well as the Instructor Portal URL to the instructor to log in.
Upon logging in, they can immediately change their password.
