How to Claim Your Staff Account in Rapid Identity Using a Claim Code

Requirements for Claiming a Tulsa Tech User Account

  1. Claim Code Required: Staff must have received a unique claim code from Tulsa Tech to initiate the account claim process.

    • The claim code is automatically generated and sent to the staff member's personal email address on file.

    • This email is only generated once.

    • If a staff member did not receive the email for any reason, their supervisor should submit a Help Desk ticket, or they can call the Help Desk at 918-828-5025.

  2. Internet Connection: A reliable Internet connection is essential to access the Rapid Identity portal and complete the account setup.

  3. Email Access: Staff should have access to a valid email address, which may be needed for account verification and recovery purposes.

Claiming Your Account

  1. Check your personal email and ​​open the email from Tulsa Tech labeled "Welcome to Tulsa Tech." Locate the Claim Account email from TulsaTech in your personal email Inbox
  2. Within the email, locate the box that states "SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT".

    • Select and copy the "Claim Code" provided.
    • Click on the link labeled "Tulsa Tech Account Claim Page".

  3. On the Tulsa Tech Claim Account page, click on Claim My Account.Click the Claim My Account button
  4. On the next screen:
    • Paste the provided Claim Code into the Claim Code field
    • Review the Policy Manual and then check "I agree"
    • Click on the "NEXT" button

  5. Choose a password that you will be able to remember.
    • Enter your chosen password into both the Password and Confirm password fields
    • Click the Next button

  9. Follow the DUO prompts to complete the setup of your multifactor authentication (MFA).

  10. Once you have completed the DUO setup process, you should see the Login Portal Dashboard. From here you can navigate to several Tulsa Tech resources such as the Student Hub and Microsoft Office 365.Welcome to the Login Portal Dashboard! You have successfully logged in.
