Introduction
Enrole’s Client Portal is designed to allow outside clients to add and remove attendees from their Custom Training sessions. Client Portal access for the client uses the Company ID as the Username along with a password that is established within Enrole and provided to the client.
Steps to Setup Client Portal Web Access
To set up a client’s web access to the Client Portal:
- From the "Sales Desk" tab, click on "Company"
- Search for the client's Company and click the Company Name to view the Company Detail page.
- Click "Web Access" on the left menu.
- The Client’s username defaults to the Company ID and cannot be changed.
- Enter a Password
- Make note of it to pass along to the client.
- Click "Save" and then “ok” when the pop-up confirmation message appears.
- Provide the client with the username (which is the Company ID) and password.
Steps to Reset Client Portal Password
An Enrole user can reset a client’s password by following the steps listed above. For a Company whose Web Access has previously been established, the Web Access window shows their password is "On File". An Enrole user will enter a new password in the box and click "Save" to reset the password. Then, they will notify the client of the new password and confirm the client can access the Client Portal once again.
