Service Information

Entrinsik's Enrole is an enrollment management system used to manage student registrations, course enrollments, and related administrative tasks. Key features can include online registration, payment processing, class scheduling, and reporting. Enrole helps streamline administrative workflows, improve data accuracy, and support a better experience for students and staff.

Submit Form (Request Service)

Submit the Request Service form to ask questions about Enrole features and functionality or to report an issue you are experiencing. If you are reporting an issue, include screenshots when possible to help with troubleshooting.

Common Service Requests and Issues Reported

  • Flush cache for public session hidden URLs
  • Certificate of completion recreation
  • Merge duplicate records (use the separate form for this request)
  • Password reset requests
  • Payment processing issues
  • Product functionality issues

Ticket Process

After the Request Service form is submitted, a ticket is created and automatically assigned to the Enterprise Applications queue. A team member will review the request, take ownership of the ticket, and follow up with any questions and/or a resolution.

Occasionally, there is a problem in which a credit card payment is charged to a participant without being properly recorded in Enrole. In other words, the credit card processor (Touchnet, Authorize.net, NelNet, PayPal, Cashnet, etc.) charges the participant's card, but Enrole does not reflect that payment on the order.
