Service Information

Entrinsik's Enrole is a comprehensive enrollment management software designed for educational institutions, including colleges, universities, and training organizations. It simplifies and streamlines the process of managing student registrations, course enrollments, and related administrative tasks. Key features include online registration, payment processing, class scheduling, and reporting tools. Submit Form (Request Service)

Submit the Request Service form to inquire about Enrole features and functionality or to report an issue you are experiencing. If you are reporting an issue, please include screen shots as they will assist us in troubleshooting the issue.

Common Service Requests and Issues Reported:

  • Flush Cache for Public Session Hidden URL's
  • Certificate of Completion recreation
  • Merge Duplicate Records - there's a different form to submit for this!
  • Password Reset Requests
  • Payment Processing Issues
  • Product Functionality Issues

Ticket Process

Once the Request Service form has been submitted, a ticket will be created and automatically assigned to the Enterprise Applications queue. A team member will take responsibility for the ticket and review the request. They will update the ticket and notify the requestor of any questions and/or resolutions.

Occasionally, there is a problem in which a credit card payment is charged to a participant without being properly recorded in Enrole. In other words, the credit card processor (Touchnet, Authorize.net, NelNet, PayPal, Cashnet, etc.) charges the participant's card, but Enrole does not reflect that payment on the order.
