Enrole - Sales Desk: Cancel or Transfer a Subsession Order

Cancel a Subsesion Order via the Sales Desk

From the Sales Desk, click Orders on the left menu

Enter Order ID into the ID field and click Search

Click on the Order ID

Click Cancel from the left menu

Select "No suitable class, cancel order instead" and click Next

Select a "Reason for Cancellation" and enter a "Charge Cancel Fee" if applicable. Click Next

You may choose to enter comments or your processes may require you too. Click Finish

An Order Cancel pop-up window will appear letting you know the Order has been successfully cancelled.

NOTE: You can go to the Person's record and click 'Orders' on the left menu, if you do not have the subsession Order ID available. All of the students orders will be listed for you to find the subsession that needs to be cancelled.

Transfer a Subsession Order via the Sales Desk

From the Sales Desk, click Orders on the left menu

Enter Order ID into the ID field and click Search

Click on the Order ID

If you searched for the Main Order ID in the step above, you may need to click Sub Orders to find the Subsession you need to tranfers the student from

Click on the Sub Order ID to open the Order

Click on Transfer from the left navigation pane

Select the subsession the student wishes to be transfered too and click Next

Change the Fee to reflect a total of $0.00 or equivalent to the original order amount, select a Reason for Transfer, and click Next

Enter a comment if needed, click Finish

A new Order will be created and a "Successfully Transfered" message will appear
