Enrole - Sales Desk: Add Manual Refund to Cash on Account

Purpose

Reallocate funds from a Manual Refund to Cash on Account instead.

Instructions

Step 1: Adjust the Order

1. Click Adjust on the Order 

2. Add the amount of the Manual Refund to the Override Fee, click Next

3. Enter the Comment “Adjusting Order for Manual Refund”, click Finish

4. A successful message should appear, click OK

 

Step 2: Pay Now on Order

1. Click Pay Now on the Order

2. Select Method of Payment as “Other Payment” 

3. Comment in the Reference box "Add Manual Refund to COA" 

NOTE: "COA" means Cash on Account

4. Enter the Amount of the Refund into the Other Payment Amount under Reference

5. In the Selected Orders section, make sure the Payment is $0.00

6. Check the box at the bottom for "Assign Remaining Payment to Cash on Account", click Pay

7. A summary table will appear, click Exit

 

Step 3: Remove Balance Due

1. Click Adjust on the Order 

2. Subtract the amount of the Manual Refund from the Override Fee, click Next

3. Enter the Comment “Adjusting Order - Manual Refund Applied to COA”, click Finish

4. A successful message should appear, click OK

 

Step 4: Apply Cash On Account to Order

1. Click on Pay Now on the Order

2. A Method of Payment Option should be available for Cash on Account

3. Enter the Reference as “Apply COA from Manual Refund” and add the Cash on Account Amount

4. Add the Amount into the Selected Orders Payment field, click Pay

5. A summary table will appear, click Exit

NOTE: Cash on Account funds only appear on the Company record of the Person under the Statistics box.
